ASSOCIATE BROKER

Jim was born in Albuquerque NM and attended NM Western University in Silver City with a background in electronics. He moved to Roswell in 1972 and owned and operated KRSY-AM radio station and later built KEND-FM. After semi retiring Jim re-developed the Buena Vida Land subdivision west of Roswell and became a Licensed real estate broker in 2002. Jim now enjoys his new passion of anything to do with real estate whether its working with first time home buyers, vacant land sales, relocation customers or even abandoned missile silos. His motto is “ I’ll go the extra mile even if it’s one foot at a time” to get the job done !
